When do vehicles beat handheld tools?

Suction slows you
Full suction is a cleaning gear, not a travel gear. Recaps say turning suction on slows the rover a lot. Eco/Normal to relocate, higher to work. Hopper and motor first, then suction control so those scroll stops exist.
Robot vacuum is not a garage rover
Services → tier-two robot vacuum paints a honeycomb zone and walks it while a packager/belt carries dust. Different machine. Packager.
How do I empty a broom or a rover?
